| The above mandate is fulfilled through the organization of lectures, symposia and conferences throughout the year, as well as the award of prizes for academic excellence. The Academy's two major activities are the J. B. Danquah Memorial lectures and the Anniversary celebrations (re-named Founder's Week Celebrations as of 2003), which take place every year and in the months of February and November, respectively. |
